This is a stupid question, but can you buy this as a physical EP, not just offline on iTunes? If so where?

Sorry if this has been posted before but I was wondering whether there was info on other countries getting the Dear Jack documentary? (Specfically the UK). I see the EP is available to preorder on iTunes (14th Nov) but there's nothing on there about the documentary and I also checked Amazon.

&nbsp;The other day I was at the movies, I saw Where the Wild Things Are.  During the previews there was tone for The Blind Side, the movie with Sandra Bullock, Kill The Messenger played! Just felt like letting others know haha.  I heard it and freaked out but my friend who I was with he's a guy and just didn't get my excitement.

So I got the DVD and poster last night (poster was left on my doorstep and I had a freak-out moment when I opened the tube and there was no DVD.  Turns out the DVD was in my mailbox, ha.)  I watched the DVD twice.  And I cried both times.  Andrew is so amazing, and so are his friends and family.  His wife is gorgeous and they are totally MFEO.  I just can't believe what he's been through.  One thing I noticed is how weak his voice was during the few months he was touring pre-diagnosis.  I've been to countless JM concerts, and he sounds totally different now.  Anyone else notice this?

I hope you guys get your DVD's soon!  I want to hear what everyone thinks.  PS Tommy Lee rocks.
